Get ready, Naija! The buzz is real—BBNaija, Big Brother Naija is back and it's bigger than ever. Season 10 of the country’s most talked-about reality show is set to premiere on Saturday, July 26, 2025, kicking off with a double launch event that spills into Sunday, July 27.

The announcement came during an exclusive media briefing held midweek, and fans have been buzzing ever since.

This milestone season promises to shake things up like never before. Not only is it marking a decade of drama, alliances, and unforgettable moments, but the winner will also walk away with a jaw-dropping ₦150 million, the highest prize in BBNaija history since it launched back in 2006.

Returning as the show’s host is none other than Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the face of BBNaija who's been keeping viewers on their toes for years. He’ll be guiding us through 10 intense weeks of mind games, alliances, and non-stop entertainment, leading up to the grand finale on October 5, 2025.

“This season is not just about the excitement; it’s about honoring a legacy,” said Busola Tejumola, Executive Head of General Entertainment at MultiChoice. While the official theme is still under wraps, it’s expected to be revealed during the opening weekend.

The journey to the house began in May with online auditions from May 3–7, followed by physical screenings in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu between May 16–18. According to the organisers, this season’s casting focused on finding “raw, vibrant, and truly original Nigerian voices.”

Speaking at the launch event, Ebuka looked back on the show’s incredible run, 197 housemates, ₦637 million in total prize giveaways, and a massive 709 days of airtime since inception.
