The recent interview of Peter Obi on Channels television where Peter mentioned that he will release MNK if elected President.d his exposition He said that he will negotiate where necessary with MNK and others in similar capacity.

It's view attract several eyebrows from the APC camp using it as a source of smeared campaign.

"The other day, when asked about the incarcerated IPOB leader during a Channels TV interview, former Governor @PeterObi asked “what did Nnamdi Kanu do?” And of course, expectedly, our online professors went to work immediately with their trademark anti-Igbo vituperations, masked as “anti-Obi” rhetorics, in a bid to educate Mr. Peter Obi on morality and patriotism. They lampooned and called him insensitive, un-Nigerian, unpatriotic, and so on.

So, what you just read happened this year, 2025 under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. It’s been going on every year for so many years now and every single aspect of this anomaly is well documented and in public domain.

This is the terror group that was and still is regarded as the 2nd deadliest terror group on earth, second only to ISIS. A group that till this day still kills, maims, decapitates, disembowels pregnant women, amputates innocents for fun, commits literal genocide against indigenous communities, especially Christians all over Nigeria, dispossessing countless villagers of their ancestral homelands and farmlands, engages in mass kidnapping of school children and villagers at will, has taken towns and communities and hoisted their bloody flags over them - yet they get free passes from the Federal Government of Nigeria, and are pampered into cozy, so called rehabilitation centers where they claim to undergo rehabilitation. And afterwards, they are told they’re free to join the military, pursue a career in politics and even become presidents of Nigeria!  Bloodthirsty killers!

No other group in Nigerian history has killed more Nigeria soldiers, police and security operatives than Boko Haram. They don’t just kill them, they storm military bases at will, occupy some of them, cart away weapons worth millions of dollars and proudly showcase their humiliating assault on the Nigerian security architecture, on social media. 

But in 2025, these same killers aren’t even made to see what Nigeria’s prion doors look like, Let alone answer any question for their crimes. Straight from their  killing fields, they’re given a slap on the wrist and majestically ushered into the same Nigerian system they’ve sworn to destroy with its inhabitants.

But Nnamdi Kanu is the problem - the devil who must be made to rot in jail?

Now, read or replay Peter Obi’s response on Nnamdi Kanu again and spew that your garbage one more time let’s see how well it measures on the scale of common sense.

I would never in a thousand lifetimes condone the killing of any innocent person for any reason. But help explain the continued incarceration of an agitator who is known to all, with an address and traditional/cultural ties to an oppressed region in Nigeria, whereas killers we are told are foreigners with no traceable ancestral ties to anywhere or anyone in Nigeria, are being pardoned and made to walk the red carpet from their killing fields to our bleeding streets, in a bid to integrate them into an incompatible society as “Repentant Boko Haram.”

If hate, like fattened maggots have not eaten up your diabolically and maniacally bigoted brains, you probably would’ve seen these glaring double standards  that defy human reasoning.

Hate them all you want with all your life, the destiny of these Igbo people resides not with any man, but with their maker.  If we lost millions in generational wealth to Nigeria’s paltry imperial £20 and still ended up in the billion pound zone, know it today that  no force on earth, not even the history-whitewashing chemical of your lying propaganda, can stop the rising of the Eastern sun ☀️
