Faith Adewale Breaks Silence After BBNaija Disqualification
Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Faith Adewale, has finally spoken out for the first time since his dramatic exit from the reality TV show earlier in October.
In a heartfelt four-minute video shared on his YouTube channel on Friday, the 25-year-old medical doctor reflected on his journey, his struggles inside the house, and how the experience has reshaped his outlook on life.
Faith, who was disqualified following a physical altercation during the BBNaija “10/10” edition, began his monologue in a poetic tone, saying:
“Faith is dead, but before he passed on, he wanted to tell you stories that meant the world to him. So listen carefully.”
Recalling how his journey started, the young doctor revealed that it all began with a single message that changed everything.
“On March 5, 2025, I got a text message that flipped my world upside down. One click on that link and everything changed,” he said.
Faith explained that after returning to Nigeria in December 2024, he was uncertain about his future in medicine. However, he took a bold step to audition for Big Brother Naija — even taking a ₦5 million loan to make it happen.
“I was frustrated and unsure of what to do next. But somehow, that one decision led me to Africa’s biggest reality show,” he shared.
While reflecting on his time in the house, Faith admitted that it wasn’t all glamour. He confessed to struggling emotionally and said he requested mental health support multiple times during the show.
“I wasn’t perfect. I made mistakes. I felt isolated and overwhelmed. I even asked to see a therapist more than three times because I knew I needed help,” he said.
Despite his disqualification, Faith expressed deep gratitude to his fans for standing by him through the highs and lows.
“Outside those walls, a whole continent was rooting for me. People I’ve never met were shouting my name and spending their hard-earned money just to keep me in. They didn’t see perfection; they saw Faith — a flawed but passionate man,” he added.
Closing the emotional video, Faith declared that he’s ready to start afresh and take on new creative challenges.
“This is Faith Adewale — the dreamer, the doctor, the creator, the entertainer, your latest reality TV star. I’m ready to make magic with you all.”
