Cardi B is celebrating a new chapter in her life after welcoming her fourth child — and her first with her boyfriend, Stefon Diggs. The rapper shared the joyful news on November 13 through an Instagram post that immediately set social media buzzing.

In the video, Cardi B lip-syncs to “Hello,” a track from her album Am I The Drama?, while reflecting on how much her life has evolved. She told fans that the past months had been full of growth, healing, and fresh beginnings. According to her, releasing a new album and welcoming a new baby have pushed her to become “the best version” of herself.

Not long after the announcement, she posted an Instagram Story showing pink and floral strollers — a playful tease that had many guessing the baby was a girl. But she quickly cleared the air, laughing that she simply likes “girly things.” The newborn is a boy, a detail Stefon Diggs had apparently already hinted at earlier.

Cardi first confirmed her pregnancy back in September during an interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings. At the time, she described the experience as empowering, saying she felt strong and supported while juggling motherhood, music, and work. She even joked that fans should stream the new album so she could “buy diapers.”

This new arrival joins Cardi’s three children with her estranged husband, Offset, Kulture, 7; Wave, 3; and Blossom, now 15 months old. Her divorce from Offset, filed in July 2024, is still ongoing.

Cardi B and Stefon Diggs made their relationship public in May 2025 during a Boston Knicks vs. New York Celtics game, though whispers about their romance had been circulating as far back as late 2024.
