Cher Debunks Rumoured $13m Netflix Tell-All Series Deal

Cher denies Netflix docuseries rumour after reports claimed she secured a $13m deal for a seven-episode tell-all series.

Reports claiming Cher has sealed a multimillion-dollar deal with Netflix are false, despite the buzz that swept through entertainment circles last week.

A U.K. publication had alleged that the music icon secured a massive $13 million contract for a seven-episode docuseries titled “Sharing Her Story.”

The supposed project was said to chronicle the ups and downs of her life and was reportedly aiming for a 2026 release.

But sources close to Cher said the story is completely untrue. According to them, no agreement exists with Netflix, and there is no plan for any such series at this time.

While many fans would likely welcome a deep, unfiltered documentary about the superstar’s life especially with the second part of her memoir still yet to surface the rumours are just that: rumours.

As of now, Netflix is not developing any Cher project.

TMZ added that it has reached out to Cher’s representatives, but there has been no official response yet.
