Nigerian star Victor Osimhen has equaled a goal-scoring milestone at Galatasaray previously held by Radamel Falcao.

Super Eagles talisman Victor Osimhen has once again written his name into the history books of Turkish giants, Galatasaray. 

During a dominant 4–0 win over Kayserispor on Sunday, the Nigerian striker didn’t just help his team secure three points; he matched a rare record set by a former club legend.

The 27-year-old was in top form throughout the match, finding the back of the net and providing a vital assist. However, it was his precision from the penalty spot that caught the eye of the statisticians.

According to data from Opta Can, Osimhen has now joined Radamel Falcao as the only Galatasaray players since 2015 to score seven consecutive penalties in the Turkish Super Lig without missing a single one.

Matching Falcao is a significant achievement. The Colombian veteran, who previously starred for heavyweights like Manchester United and Chelsea, was known for his ice-cold composure from the spot. Now, Osimhen has proven he possesses that same clinical edge.
