El-Rufai ICPC case returns to court as the former Kaduna governor appears for hearing in a 10-count charge.
Former Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, has arrived at the Kaduna State High Court for the hearing in his case with the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC.
The court had earlier shifted the hearing on his bail application to April 14.
El-Rufai is facing a 10-count charge linked to alleged financial misappropriation and money laundering.
He was first held by the Department of State Services before being transferred to the ICPC.
The former governor was later granted temporary release to attend the burial of his mother, who died in March.
