JAMB has released over 1.2 million 2026 UTME results for April 17 and 18. Find out how to check your score now.
The candidates who sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination can now check their results. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has just dropped a fresh batch of results.
JAMB spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, confirmed the update on Sunday. He announced that results from the exams written on Friday, April 17, and Saturday, April 18, are now ready.
A massive total of 1,264,940 results from these two days have been released. This means candidates who wrote the test on those dates can now check how they performed.
Before this latest update, the board had already released the results from the opening day. That first batch, which covered the exam held on Thursday, April 16, contained 632,752 results.
By adding the newly released figures to the Thursday numbers, JAMB has now made a total of 1,897,692 results available to the public. This covers the entire results for the first three days of the nationwide testing exercise.
So, how do you check your score? The board has advised candidates to stick to the official SMS method to avoid falling for scams.
Simply grab the phone you used during registration. Text the word "UTMERESULT" to either 55019 or 66019. Once the message is sent, your score will be delivered straight to your line.
