Khaby Lame is an Italian-Senegalese national and was aged 25. He was arrested on 6th of June 2025 at Harry Reid International Airport for overstaying after entering the country on April 30.

ICE spokesperson confirmed the statement, the agency in an official statement revealed that the TikToker who has exited the country was granted "a voluntary departure order after overstaying the terms of his visa.

The 25year-old Khaby has not made a public statement on the issue at the moment, but he went forward to announce his new location on Instagram with over 80 million followers. The post on his instagram story was "Sao Paulo, Brazil".
