Gideon Okeke a Nollywood actor has revealed these observations on the Yoruba's child naming versus that of the Igbos child naming.

On his Instagram post, he mentioned that Yorubas name their children based on their hopes for the child's future while the Igbos on the other hand names their children based on pains, experiences and turmoil.

He also added that he would love to have a Hausa friend so he can know how it is done in the North.

I would actually love to have Hausa friends to complete the observation".
