Jessica Alba divorce finalized as court approves joint custody and $3M asset settlement in amicable split.
The marriage between Jessica Alba and Cash Warren has officially come to an end.
Court documents confirm the former couple have finalized their divorce, closing a relationship that lasted nearly two decades.
The pair will share joint custody of their three children, aged 17, 14 and 7.
According to the settlement terms, neither party will receive spousal support.
However, a $3 million payment will be made to Warren as part of the asset division. The amount will be paid in two non-taxable instalments $1.5 million now and another $1.5 million in a year.
Jessica has also legally restored her surname to Alba.
Alba filed for divorce in February last year, months after the couple publicly confirmed their separation.
Sources close to the case described the split as amicable from the outset.
High-profile divorce attorney Laura Wasser represented Alba during the proceedings, while Warren was represented by attorney Adam Lipsic.
Both have since stepped back into the dating scene.
Alba has reportedly been seeing Danny Ramirez, known for his role in the Marvel franchise.
Warren has also been linked to actress Seanna Pereira and model Hana Sun Doerr.
While the couple moves forward separately, their joint custody arrangement signals continued shared parenting responsibilities.
