English Alhaji had praised youths in Achepe community for repelling an attack but criticized them for handing captured bandits over to the military. He argued that the criminals should have been killed on the spot to prevent their possible reintegration into society.

In a new trending video on Instagram, the creator revealed the frightening repercussions of that statement. He played a recording of a WhatsApp video call he received from men claiming to be bandits. The callers did not hide their faces and openly displayed their weapons during the chat.

English Alhaji explained that the attackers accessed his phone number from his public Facebook page. They reportedly quoted his advice to kill bandits and asked why he was inciting the public against them. The terrorists allegedly warned that if they capture him, they would subject him to the same fate he prescribed for them.

The incident highlights the growing boldness of criminal groups in the country. The skit maker has acknowledged the severe danger he now faces following his stance against terrorism.
