Pop superstar Lady Gaga has made her first public appearance as a mom.
The singer was photographed holding her newborn baby close to her chest. It is the first time she has been seen with the child since welcoming the baby with her fiance.
The photos show a very protective side of Gaga. She held the swaddled baby tightly as she took a walk.
She was not alone. Her fiance, Michael Polansky, was right beside her. A close friend was also with them during the stroll.
The sighting happened in Northern California. Gaga kept her head down and walked quickly with her small team.
According to Page Six, the Grammy winner has been staying away from the spotlight in recent weeks. She has been laying low in Northern California to enjoy quiet family time.
Obgist had earlier reported that Gaga and Polansky have welcomed their first child together. The couple is yet to share the baby's name, gender, or date of birth.
Before the birth, Gaga had already given fans a big clue. On The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, she said her next big role would be motherhood.
Gaga and Polansky got engaged in 2024. They have not yet gotten married. Back in March, she told reporters they plan to tie the knot soon.
It is not clear if the arrival of their baby will speed up their wedding plans. For now, the couple appears focused on their new chapter as parents.
