Ronald Fenty is the father of global music superstar Rihanna. He has passed away. According to TMZ, he died in Los Angeles after struggling with an illness.

Report has it that on Wednesday, Rihanna’s brother, Rajad Fenty, was seen arriving at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Sources say Rihanna was also present, though she wasn’t visible in photos.

Rihanna and her father for a long time. Their relationship was kind of complicated over the years. They were estranged for a long time before eventually making peace.

In February 2023, Rihanna's father, Ronald, expressed his excitement to TMZ about Rihanna and A$AP Rocky expecting another child. He was looking forward to being part of his grandchild’s life. Rihanna and ASAP Rocky got married in 2020.

Ronald had three children with his ex-wife, Monica Braithwaite; their offspring are Rihanna, Rajad, and Rorrey. The couple separated in 2002, just as Rihanna’s music career began to rise.
