Popular media personality and entrepreneur, Toke Makinwa, has revealed that she is expecting her first child.

The announcement came via her Instagram page on Tuesday, August 13, where she shared heartfelt words expressing her excitement and gratitude.

Describing the pregnancy as “the biggest project” of her life, Toke said the journey has been a testimony to God’s perfect timing. She reflected on how she once felt forgotten, but now sees the delay as preparation for “the highest calling ever.”

“God is never late and can be trusted,” she wrote, adding that her healed pain would inspire and encourage others.

Toke, who has worn many hats in her career  from radio host to TV personality and brand influencer said motherhood will be her most cherished role yet.

“You get to see me as a mother; I get to raise my own. Na me be this? Hallelujah!” she exclaimed.

She ended her post by addressing her unborn child with deep affection, calling the baby “the answer to my prayers” and “the greatest reflection of God’s grace.”
