Kim Kardashian fails bar exam again but says she’s more motivated than ever to keep pursuing her dream of becoming a lawyer.
Kim shared the update on Instagram on Saturday, admitting she’s still on her long legal journey and determined to keep studying until she becomes a lawyer.
“I’m not a lawyer yet — I just play one on TV,” she wrote, adding, “Falling short isn’t failure, it’s fuel. I was so close to passing the exam, and that only motivates me even more.”
According to sources who spoke to TMZ, Kim decided to break the news herself before the official results were released, staying transparent with fans who’ve followed her progress for years.
The mother of four began her law studies six years ago, passing her first hurdle — the “baby bar” exam — in 2021. Since then, she’s continued preparing for the full bar exam in California, one of the toughest in the United States.
Earlier this year, while promoting her new Hulu series All’s Fair on The Graham Norton Show, Kim said she sees law as “the next phase” of her career and hopes to become a trial attorney one day.
Her passion for law comes naturally — her late father, Robert Kardashian, was a prominent Los Angeles lawyer who famously served on O.J. Simpson’s defense team during the 1995 murder trial.
Despite the setback, Kim remains upbeat, balancing her studies with her busy media and business schedule. She recently wrapped up a global promo tour for her show, where she was joined by actress Sarah Paulson, who co-stars with her.
As Kim puts it — the journey continues. With her resilience and determination, it’s clear she’s not hanging up her legal dreams anytime soon.
