Diamond Brown Accuses Chris Brown of Threats Over Support

Singer Chris Brown and ex Diamond Brown amid allegations of Chris Brown threats in child support dispute

Diamond Brown, former partner of American singer Chris Brown and mother of his daughter, has accused the singer of threatening her new boyfriends.

The claim is contained in court documents obtained by TMZ as part of their ongoing child support and custody dispute.

Diamond said her relationship with Chris ended about two years ago. She claimed that despite the singer having a new partner with whom he has had a baby, he gets "extremely angry with me when I have dated other men since our break up."

In the filing, Diamond alleged "disturbing behavior" and said the singer made death threats against her most recent boyfriend and his twin brother.

"He has made death threats against my most recent boyfriend, and continued threats to not only him, but also to his twin brother. I understand that he has also had third parties make threats," she claimed.

She said the same pattern occurred with another man she dated about two years ago after their break-up.

"Both of these relationships broke up because of Chris’s Harassment," she stated, adding, "I should not be left to be scared to move on with my life because of Chris’s anger and resentment."

Diamond said Chris’s work often takes him out of town, but in the last six to seven months, he has not once asked to see their daughter, Lovely.

She told the court she would not go into full details, but said, "Christopher’s behavior has been harassing, disturbing my peace and feels extremely frightening."

She said she has taken no action to date but has, since March, asked his attorney through her attorney to stop the behaviour. She claimed he has not responded to the request.

She also claimed he recently "blew up at her in front of their daughter at a birthday party, which is harmful and especially inappropriate," and has attempted to harass her through social media.

According to the documents, Diamond said she has tried to avoid filing for a Domestic Violence Restraining Order, hoping Chris would stop what she described as "scary behavior." Reports shows she is not seeking a restraining order in the current filing.

"I feel that I have been living under siege and would appreciate the right to peaceful enjoyment of my life," she said.

In the same filing, Diamond raised issues over child support. She said Chris, who she believes has a net worth of $50 million, earns significantly more than her $1,500 per month and has refused to provide sufficient support for their daughter.

She claimed he has refused to turn over financial documents needed to determine monthly support, and has "stalled all discovery attempts, and attempted to run Diamond out of money."

Diamond said she is not seeking the same lifestyle as Chris, but only "basic adequacy to meet the child’s needs."

She also claimed the singer purchased a new pink Porsche for the mother of his youngest son and a black Cadillac Escalade for the mother of his first daughter, with both gifts posted on Instagram.

Chris Brown has denied the harassment claims.

In an alleged email from his lawyer to Diamond’s legal team, he wrote, “Chris denies this and in fact I continue to see your client posting things that are inappropriate. Please send me specifics to address so I can understand and assist if this is really happening.”

It was first reported in May 2026 that Diamond sued Chris over child support and custody. She asked for primary custody, which Chris opposed.

The publication said it reached out to Chris Brown’s legal team for comment.
