Pastor David Ibiyeomie was preaching to his congregation on the channels of giving. And he encourages his members to be paying 30% of there income monthly. Which is 10% for tithe and 20% for offering. 

He said your offering must be bigger than your tithe and gave example with himself.

"Channels of giving, channels of what? A. Pay correct tithe. Pay correct tithe!

Tithe is the foundation of your covenant of prosperity. Don't wait until month end before you pay your tithe as the money comes pay. Then every time you get money, pay 10% back to God. Are you hearing me now? Don't say at the end of the month every time you get money, remove the 10% and pay as a lifestyle.
