Ford has officially suspended an employee following a heated and vulgar confrontation with U.S. President Donald Trump during a recent factory inspection.

The incident, which has sparked intense debate online, occurred at the Dearborn, Michigan, plant where the company produces its famous F-150 pickup trucks.

The worker, identified as 40-year-old T.J. Sabula, reportedly shouted a provocative slur at the President as he toured the facility.

According to witnesses and media reports, Sabula called the President a "pedophile protector."

The remark appeared to strike a nerve, as President Trump reportedly responded by gesturing obscenely with his middle finger and shouting profanities back at the worker.

Insiders suggest the outburst may be linked to frustrations over how the administration handled the controversial Jeffrey Epstein case. Whatever the motivation, the exchange has left Sabula’s career hanging in the balance.

Despite being placed on suspension pending an investigation, Sabula remains defiant. A member of the United Auto Workers (UAW) union, he told reporters that he has no regrets about the confrontation.

However, he admitted to being worried about his job, claiming he feels targeted for "political retaliation."

The UAW has quickly stepped in to back their man. Union leadership released a statement emphasizing their belief in the freedom of expression.

They vowed to stand by Sabula, insisting that workers must be allowed to use their voices on the shop floor without fear of losing their livelihoods.

For now, the factory floor remains tense as the investigation continues. It remains to be seen if the automotive giant will reinstate the worker or if this political clash will lead to a permanent exit.
