Gomez had listed the property a few months ago. She initially put it on the market at a higher price.
After spending months without a buyer, she reduced the price by about $1 million. That price cut finally attracted a buyer.
The property itself is a statement of luxury. It is one of the most talked-about celebrity homes in Encino.
One of its major highlights is the kitchen. The stunning space served as the backdrop for her popular cooking series, Selena + Chef.
